Jessica oversees the data governance portfolio, FNS data literacy program, and year-long Data Science Training Program (DSTP) for USDA staff. Jessica has worked as a statistician/data scientist for almost 20 years with the federal government. She has also worked as an adjunct professor, which fits in perfectly with leading data literacy for FNS.
