Lorraine Fellows has more than 30 years’ experience as a data management practitioner and consultant in the areas of data governance, enterprise data architecture, data strategy, master data management, and records management. She has worked in the government, financial services, military, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors. At MITRE, she has supported numerous federal departments and agencies as they establish the CDO function/office and execute the requirements of the Federal Data Strategy. Lorraine teaches and holds workshops in data management and CDO Fundamentals both within and external to MITRE. In 2018, Lorraine co-authored the book “Modern Data Strategy” through Springer International Publishing AG.
