Stephen Dion is a Senior Director of Data Analytics at Optum where his team shares a vision of surfacing insights to improve the quad aim of Optum Health. Steve’s core beliefs include speed over perfection, simple over complex, shared over owned.

Prior to Optum, Steve has served in functions including product management, marketing, and sales for technology organizations within PeopleSoft, General Electric, and Aetna before joining Optum in 2016. Steve received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and an MBA from University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Steve resides near Boston and loves to spend time outdoors with his two children
