Dr. Christian Fürber is founder and CEO of the Information Quality Institute GmbH (iqinstitute.de), a consultancy for data excellence and data management solutions. Prior to founding IQI in 2012, Christian held several data executive positions at the German Armed Forces where he designed and executed the Forces’ first data management strategy & organization. Since his leave from the Forces, Christian and his team from IQI have successfully established data management solutions & frameworks for many large companies in Europe with a strong focus to accelerate innovation and digitization through data. Christian holds a PhD in Data Quality Management, has been a previous speaker at MIT CDOIQ and is author of several papers and book chapters related to data strategy and data management.
