Session 4-D

Activating ML-driven insights from real-time customer event data

← Back to Agenda

In a privacy-driven digital landscape, the innovations of machine learning open the door to the next level of decision intelligence, automation, and activation. To drive true brand success and compelling customer experiences, organizations must now leverage ML and real-time analytics across the board to act on customer interactions and insights in the moment.

This requires having a frictionless and unified intelligence cycle, starting from continuously collecting and fusing fast data at scale; analyzing it to find actionable insights; designing experiments to test business hypotheses; through to the deployment and seamless integration of AI/ML into operations and decision activation channels, while acting simultaneously on upstream machine generated data as well as on data curated downstream by subject-matter and domain experts.

In this session, we re-visit the continuous intelligence paradigm in the context of this new digital landscape, highlighting the persisting obstacles in the enterprise to activate ML-driven insights from real-time customer event data due to the prevailing analytical tech stack. We will showcase how the continuous intelligence paradigm allows business and product leaders to maximize value from, and maintain full control of, their data insights and activation pipelines within a unified experience.
