Sebastian is Head of Performance Management at DB Regio Bus and in addition responsible for the company’s management information system (MIS). Since his start in 2020, he has designed and successfully established a digital and coaching-orientated cascade of performance dialogues. This and all other initiatives of his team share the same idea: enabling data driven decisions with transparency and user-focused business processes & preparation of data. Prior to joining DB Regio Bus he held several positions in different railway divisions at Deutsche Bahn, where he initiated, managed and also executed projects in context of strategy and lean / operational excellence programs.
