Tracy Jones, Associate Director, Guidehouse
Tracy Jones is an Associate Director with Guidehouse and brings over 15 years of experience with public sector agencies in the areas of data management, enterprise change management, requirements gathering and product visioning, and professional advisory services. She supported the development of the Federal Data Strategy, 2020 Action Plan, and the Federal Data Ethics Framework. She has brokered consensus within and among disparate government stakeholder communities to develop strategic visions and then execute initiatives. Ms. Jones regularly works with Chief Data Officers and agency Executives to develop strategies, incorporate data ethics practices, and guide the management of data. She is actively engaged with organizations, including ACT-IAC and Data Foundation in DC, including presenting at the Data Foundation CDO Insight webinar in 2021. Ms. Jones has spoken on the FedHeads podcast to illuminate data issues and solutions, and recently participated in a panel discussion at the University of Texas, Austin on Data Management for Accounting Information Systems.
